Ingredients
2 cups black beans, boiled, rinsed, drained
1 cup canned pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup lite mayonnaise or 1 cup soyannaise
12 small seedless prunes
1/2 cup celery, sliced
Dash of iodized salt
Dash of sugar
