4 cups singkamas, stripped
2 cups pineapple, crushed
2 cups canned whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup soyannaise
Dash of salt
Dash of sugar

1. Toss gently singkamas, crushed pineapple, and corn.
2. Add mayonnaise or soyannaise and a dash of salt and sugar.
3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

3 cups soybeans, boiled, rinsed, drained
3/4 cup coconut, grated
Dash of iodized salt

Steps

1. Remove soybean skin and wash.  Set aside.
2. Mix grated coconut and salt thoroughly.
3. Add soybeans and mix.
4. Serve hot or cold.

2 cups soybeans, boiled, rinsed, drained
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1 lettuce, cut into bite sizes
3/4 cup ranch dressing (available at grocery stores)

Steps

1. Mix the first 3 ingredients.
2. On a separate container serve the ranch dressing.
3. Chilll for an hour before serving.
